Tennis Elbow
Tennis elbow is the name given to pain originating on the outside of the elbow. It arises from an irritation of the tendons of forearm muscles close to the elbow joint.
Causes of Elbow Pain
Any activity of repititive gripping could cause elbow pain including prolonged computer usage or mouse clicking, chopping food, gripping a tennis racket/golf club, and so on. Proper technique should always be used when doing any repetitive activities.
Common Treatments?
